Terms & Conditions for Higher Trevaskis Caravan and Camping Park

In the interests of safety & comfort for all:

There is a maximum speed of 5mph, this is strictly enforced.

Please note we do not accept group bookings that exceed 2 pitches.

Pitches may not be available until 11.30am & must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

All visitors must report to reception on arrival.

No arrivals after 9pm will be allowed onto their pitches (unless by prior arrangement). We do have a designated late arrival area on the park.

Friendly dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times & exercised off the caravan park. Maps are provided at reception. Any fouling on the park must be picked up immediately and placed in the bins provided. Maximum of 2 dogs during school holidays.
Any breed of dog on the Dangerous Dogs Act will not be accepted for the peace of mind of the other guests; Staffordshire Terrier, Pittbull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro or similar breeds etc.

No tents bigger than 7 metres to ensure plenty of space between all units.

Please use breathable groundsheets.

Barbecues are allowed but must not be allowed to burn the grass. Sorry, no open fires or fire pits are allowed. Persons damaging the grass will be charged £10 for any repairs. They must not be left unattended whilst alight. Ashes must be disposed of safely.

No Chinese lanterns or similar are allowed on site.

All ball games are to be played on the sports field.

Parents are asked to ensure that their children do not play in and around the toilet block area or other people's units.


NO COMPLAINT will be considered AFTER the visitor has left the park. Any problems should be reported to reception as soon as possible in order to give the management the opportunity to resolve them. The management accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or injury, where ever, how so ever caused or sustained.

Anyone who does not comply with the terms & conditions set out above will be asked to leave the park without any refund.
